Now cover salt, turmeric powder and kadhai

Let it cook for 3 to 4 minutes

Now add tomato, red chili powder and coriander powder to it

Mix it and cover the pan

Now add yogurt and some water in a bowl and mix

Keep it aside

After the gourd becomes soft, add curd and mix it

Once the curd is well mixed, cover the pan and cook it for 6 to 8 minutes
