To a saucepan add cream, milk, and saffron
milk powder(1/4 cup)milk - (full fat milk)(1/2 cup)heavy whipping cream(1/4 cup)pinch saffron strands(2) - 4
Bring this to a gentle simmer and add unflavored gelatin
teaspoons gelatin(2) - 5
Whisk until gelatin melts
teaspoons gelatin(2) - 6
Turn off and cool it slightly

Sieve the cream gelatin mixture and stir this to the paneer milk powder mix

Whisk and combine until everything blends well

Pour the panna cotta mixture into silicon moulds and refrigerate for two hours or more until set
