    To begin with, the Raw banana Thoran first, cut the raw banana into half and boil it in the pressure cooker for 3 to 4 whistles and turn off the heat

    Once cooked, through, peel the skin and cut into dices

    Blend all the ingredients "to be ground" into a coarse paste and keep aside

    In a heavy bottom pan, add mustard seeds and allow it to cracke

    When they crackle add dry red chillies, curry leaves, onions and garlic
