    To make Punjabi style Arabic vegetables, first wash the Arabic

    gm arabic(500)

    After washing, remove the skin and cut it out into thin long pieces

    Now heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds

    cumin(1 teaspoon)

    After 15 seconds, add green chilies and let it cook for 1 minute

    green chillies - chopped straight(3)

    After 1 minute add onions and cook till they become soft

    onion - finely chopped(1)

    Add the Arabs to it and cook for 4 minutes

    After 4 minutes add all the dry spices to it

    Do not add mango powder and garam masala at this time

    Reduce the heat and cook until the arbi is cooked
