To make the Palak Paneer Paratha, first of all pour the dough ingredients into a bowl

Add a little water and knead it well

Keep it aside for 20 minutes

Now put the stuffing in a bowl and mix it

Now divide the dough into small pieces

Make small roti and keep it aside

Now place 1 tablespoon or according to your taste in each roti and make it from all the sides

Now make it a little flat with your hands and again put some dry flour and roll it like roti

Heat a griddle and put paratha on it

Add oil or ghee all around and roast it
