To begin making the Oat Olives and Broccoli Sandwich Spread Recipe, we will first stir fry the broccoli in a wok or kadai
extra virgin olive oil(1 teaspoon)broccoli - cut into florets(100 grams)black olives - pitted(1/4 cup) - 2
Heat a teaspoon of oil in a wok, add the broccoli and garlic, sprinkle some salt and sauté until the broccoli is cooked

Once the broccoli is cooked, turn off the heat and allow it to cool

You will notice that the texture is coarse when you try to grind it very well

That is exactly the texture you will have, just make sure all the ingredients including the raw oats and the peppercorns are ground well
