Jalapeno Cheese Samosa Recipe
A vegetarian Fusion recipe with all purpose flour (maida), tablespoons ghee, ajwain (carom seeds). Ready in 45 min, serves 8.

To begin making the Jalapeno Cheese Samosa Recipe, first we will make the samosa crust
tablespoons britannia cheese spread - four pepper tango - finely chopped(2) - 2
To make the Samosa crustInto a mixing bowl add the flour, ghee, ajwain and salt to taste
all purpose flour (maida)(2 cups)tablespoons ghee(2)ajwain (carom seeds)(1/2 teaspoon)salt - to taste - 3
Mix all the ingredients till you get a crumb like texture

The texture should be such that when you holds together the dough should form into a ball and when left breaks apart

Once you achieve this texture add little water at a time and knead to make a smooth dough

For the Samosa fillingInto a mixing bowl add the grated cheese, britannia Four Pepper Cheese Spreadz, Jalapenos and coriander leaves
britannia cheezza - grated(200 grams)pickled jalapenos - finely chopped(1/4 cup)tablespoons britannia cheese spread - four pepper tango - finely chopped(2)coriander (dhania) leaves - small bunch - 10
Mixx well to combine

To make the samosa

Dust a surface with flour and roll each portion of the dough into 6 inch diameter circle
all purpose flour (maida)(2 cups) - 14
Cut the circle into half

Take a semicircle and spread water lightly all along the edges of the semicircle

Fold the semi circle into a cone shape and fill the cone with two tablespoons of the cheese filling
