We begin making the Classic Greek salad Recipe by washing the lettuce thoroughly and draining off any excess water
iceberg lettuce - washed thoroughly and drained(1 cup) - 2
Tear them into bite size pieces and keep it aside
tomatoes - cut into chunks(2) - 3
Cut all the vegetables and keep it ready, add all the salad ingredients(lettuce,cucumber, tomatoes,red onion) except feta & olives into a large mixing bowl
tablespoons extra virgin olive oil(4)iceberg lettuce - washed thoroughly and drained(1 cup)tomatoes - cut into chunks(2)english cucumber - chopped(1)red onion - sliced(1)kalmatta olives(1/2 cup)feta cheese - crumbled(100 grams)kalmatta olives(1/2 cup)feta cheese - crumbled(100 grams) - 4
In another bowl whisk in the dressing ingredients till it combines

Drizzle this on top of the salad mixture and give it a toss

Check for salt and pepper and add if required
