To make the cabbage capsicum vegetable recipe, firstly put the cabbage in the pressure cooker with 2 tablespoons of water and cook it till 1 city comes

Remove the pressure, open the cooker and keep it aside

Add mustard seeds, cumin seeds and let it splutter
mustard(1 teaspoon)cumin seeds(1 teaspoon) - 5
Now add asafoetida, turmeric powder and dry red chilli
/ 4 turmeric powder(1 teaspoon)coriander powder(1 teaspoon)red chilli powder(1/4 teaspoon) - 6
After 10 seconds, add capsicum to it and cook till it becomes soft
capsicum (green) - thin and straight cut(1) - 7
Now add the cooked cabbage and mix it
cabbage - thin and straight cut(3 cups) - 8
Add coriander powder, red chili powder, salt and mix
/ 4 turmeric powder(1 teaspoon)coriander powder(1 teaspoon)red chilli powder(1/4 teaspoon)salt - as per taste - 9
Cover the pan and let it cook for 2 minutes

Turn off the gas, add lemon juice and garnish with green coriander
