To make Yele Kadubu and Onion Chutney Recipe, we will first make Yele Kadubu
jaggery - make powder(5 tablespoon) - 2
Now add wheat flour, salt, ghee, a little water in a bowl and mix well
- / 2 wheat flour(1 cup)water - as per usesalt - as per tastetablespoons ghee(3)salt - as per taste - 3
Keep it aside for 10 minutes after mixing

Now take some flour and make it like bread
- / 2 wheat flour(1 cup)jaggery - make powder(5 tablespoon) - 5
Fold it twice and make it into the Triangle shape
jaggery - make powder(5 tablespoon) - 6
Now grease the idli steamer with ghee
tablespoons ghee(3) - 7
Add Yale Kadubu to it and steam or steam it for 8 to 10 minutes

Now to make the chutney, heat the oil in a pan
jaggery - make powder(5 tablespoon) - 9
Add onion, fenugreek seeds, dry red chillies and cook till the onion becomes soft
fenugreek seeds(1/4 teaspoon) - 10
Turn off the gas and allow the mixture to cool down

Pour it in a mixer grinder with jaggery, salt, tamarind and make a paste
salt - as per tastetamarind paste(1 tablespoon)jaggery - make powder(5 tablespoon)salt - as per taste - 12
Remove and serve in a bowl
