To make Parsi Lagan istu, firstly cook all the vegetables (except the pea) in a pressure cooker with 1 cup of water and 2 tablespoons of salt until I whistle
tablespoons dhansak masala(2)salt - as per tasteoil - to cook - 2
In a small bowl, put dates and horse in Vinegar and keep aside
carrot - peeled and cut into small(1 pieces)small potatoes - cut each potato into 4(5 pieces)of suran - peeled and cut into small pieces(100 grams)-5 dates(4)horse(1 tablespoon) - 3
Now heat the oil in a small shallow pan and saute the onions and tomatoes lightly with salt till the raw dirt is gone
carrot - peeled and cut into small(1 pieces)small potatoes - cut each potato into 4(5 pieces)of suran - peeled and cut into small pieces(100 grams)onion - chopped(1)tomato - chopped(1/4 cup)salt - as per taste - 4
Let it cool down and grind it well

Heat the oil in a pan and cook the vegetables that were previously pressure cooked, till they become slightly crisp
oil - to cook - 6
Take out the vegetables and take ginger, garlic and green chilli lentils in the same oil
green peas(1/4 cup)garlic - chopped(2 pieces)inch ginger - chopped(1)green chillies - chopped(2) - 7
Now mix the powdered paste with turmeric, red chili powder, dhansak masala and soaked raisins and dates
raisins(1 tablespoon)-5 dates(4)turmeric powder(1 teaspoon)red chili powder(1 teaspoon)tablespoons dhansak masala(2) - 8
Taste once
salt - as per taste - 9
Finally, I mix the vegetables with green peas and spices with a cup of water and let the heat work
green peas(1/4 cup)green chillies - chopped(2) - 10
Cook on a heat for 10 minutes, and pour green coriander over it

Serve Parsi Lagan Sara Istu with Lacha Paratha for dinner
