green peas (matar)(1/2 cup)onions - finely chopped(2)tomatoes - finely chopped(4)green chillies - finely chopped(2)ginger garlic paste(1 teaspoon)tablespoons coriander (dhania) leaves - finely chopped(3)ginger - juliennes for garnish(1 teaspoon) - 2
Add the green chillies, tomatoes and saute for 2 minutes
green peas (matar)(1/2 cup)tomatoes - finely chopped(4)green chillies - finely chopped(2)red chilli powder(1 teaspoon) - 3
Add the green peas, turmeric, red chilli, curry powder, and saute until the peas are cooked well

Now, whisk eggs in a big bowl till it becomes fluffy

Add this to the pan, season with salt and saute to make runny scrambled eggs

Switch off the flame, add the coriander leaves, lemon juice, and mix well
