To make the Paneer Makhana Gulgule, powder the roasted makhana in a mixer grinder

In a mixing bowl, combine paneer, along with potatoes, boiled and peeled, powdered makhana, besan, salt to taste, cumin powder, black pepper powder, green chili, red chili powder, coriander leaves

Mix well and bring the Paneer Makhana Gulgule mixture together

Grease your palms with oil and place two tablespoons of this Paneer Makhana Gulgule mixture in your palm and make even round balls
