Muesli Olive Oil Rusk Recipe

To begin making the Muesli Olive Oil Rusk Recipe whisk oil and jaggery in a bowl until it combines
muesli(1 cup)jaggery(4 tablespoon)extra virgin olive oil(1/2 cup) - 2
Then add vanilla essence, milk and whisk a bit more
vanilla extract(1 tablespoon)milk(1/4 cup) - 3
Now add the flour, yeast and muesli

Mix everything well to get a sticky dough

Preheat the oven at 180 degrees

Place the whole dough on baking sheet and shape into approximate 6 cm wide and 20 cm long log

Bake for 25-30 minutes or until firm to the touch

Once done remove from the oven and allow it to cool for at least 15-20 minutes

Using a serrated knife, cut the log into 1 inch thick slices

Place the slices on their sides on the baking sheet

Bake for 10 minutes and take out

Flip them and bake for 10 more minutes
