To begin making Milk Sooji Fudge Recipe, take a thick bottom wok, add milk and sugar
milk(1 cup)sooji (semolina/ rava)(1 cup)sugar(2 cups) - 2
Allow the milk to boil on medium flame with continuous stirring
milk(1 cup) - 3
Take another pan, heat ghee, add fine sooji and fry well
ghee(1/2 cup)sooji (semolina/ rava)(1 cup) - 4
Add the fried rava to the sugar milk mixture and continue to stir
milk(1 cup)sugar(2 cups) - 5
Now add the thick fresh cream, cardamom powder to this and stir further
fresh cream(1/2 cup)cardamom powder (elaichi)(1 teaspoon) - 6
Here, fresh cream can be replaced with little more of ghee
fresh cream(1/2 cup)ghee(1/2 cup) - 7
At a point, the mixture starts leaving the sides of the pan

Now pour this mixture into greased tray and garnish with almond pieces

Allow it to cool and after they cool cut into pieces

Store these milk sooji fudges in airtight containers
