To begin making the Manipuri Style Chak Angouba Recipe - Vegetable Pulao Recipe Into a preheated kadai add oil

Once the oil is hot add in the cumin seeds and let them crackle
cumin seeds (jeera)(1 teaspoon) - 3
Once the cumin seeds have crackled add the onions and green chillies and saute them till the onion turns translucent
green beans (french beans) - chopped(300 grams)onion - chopped(1)cumin seeds (jeera)(1 teaspoon)green chillies - chopped(2)sprig chives - or spring onions(4) - 4
Once done add in the carrot, green beans , salt and saute well till the vegetables are cooked
cooked rice(2 cups)green beans (french beans) - chopped(300 grams)green chillies - chopped(2)salt - to taste - 5
After the vegetables have cooked add the turmeric powder, coriander powder and mix well to combine
cooked rice(2 cups)turmeric powder (haldi)(1 teaspoon)coriander powder (dhania)(2 tablespoon) - 6
Add your cooked rice and season with salt, mix well and coat the vegetables and spice evenly with the rice
cooked rice(2 cups)salt - to taste - 7
Once done turn off the heat and transfer the Manipuri Style Chak Angouba into a serving dish

You can garnish with chopped chives or spring onions if you like and serve
