    To begin the Lau Er Khosha Bhaja recipe, first peel the bottle gourd and slice the peel very thin

    bottle gourd (lauki) - peels(2 cups)

    Peel the potato and slice it thin too

    Heat mustard oil in a frying pan over medium heat

    tablespoons mustard oil(3)

    Once the oil is slightly hot, add dry red chillies and kalonji seeds

    kalonji (onion nigella seeds)(1 teaspoon)green chillies - cut lengthwise(4)poppy seeds(1 tablespoon)dry red chillies(2)

    After it start crackling, first add potato slices, sprinkle salt and stir

    Cover the pan and cook the potatoes on medium heat until lightly cooked
