Take a medium bowl and whisk together cream, turmeric powder, punch phoren masala, kashmiri red chilli powder, water and salt

Keep it aside

Place the fish in frying pan and fry lightly both sides for two minutes

Pour the whisked creamy sauce on top of the fishes so to coat them entirely

Keep the green chillies on fishes
