    To make Kollu Thogyal recipe, first heat oil in a pan

    Add mustard seeds and cook for 10 seconds

    Now add asafoetida, curry leaves, dry red chillies, chana dal, urad dal and cook it for 15 seconds

    Now add turmeric powder, kulith lentils and cook for 3 to 4 minutes

    Now pour this mixture in a mixer grinder with a little water and grind it
