    To make Keerai Masli, firstly put Amaranth and Spinach in a pressure cooker with 1 tablespoon of water and salt

    spinach - chopped(500 grams)amaranth leaves - choppedsalt - as per taste oil(1 teaspoon)

    Cook till 1 city comes and keep the cooker under cold water to remove the pressure

    Keep it aside

    Now heat oil in a pan

    Add the mustard seeds, cumin seeds, curry leaves, asafoetida and let it cook for 30 seconds

    Now add spinach and amaranth and let it cook for 1 minute
