    To make Kathirikai Gothsu recipe, first heat the oil in a pressure cooker

    Add mustard seeds and let it splutter

    Now add asafoetida, curry leaves, sambar onion, ginger and cook till the onion becomes soft

    Open the cooker, mix and garnish with green coriander

    green coriander - as per use
