    To prepare Instant Red Chilli Pickle Recipe, wash the fresh red chillies and wipe them with kitchen towel

    In separate bowl, mix the mustard seeds, fennel seeds, salt, turmeric powder, lemon juice and about half the oil

    tablespoons mustard seeds(3)fennel seeds (saunf)(1 tablespoon)turmeric powder (haldi)(1/4 teaspoon)salt - (adjust as per taste)(1 tablespoon)lemon juice(1 teaspoon)

    Add the red chillies into this mixture and stir well

    Take a pickle jar, and fill it with this red chilli pickle

    Pour remaining oil into jar and let it rest for 2-3 hours
