To make honey paneer, first heat oil in a pan
paneer - chopped(1 cup)honey(1 tablespoon) - 2
In this, add ginger, honey and cook till the honey is boiling
inches ginger - grated(2)honey(1 tablespoon) - 3
Now add turmeric powder, coriander powder and cook it for 15-20 seconds
cardamom powder(1/2 teaspoon)coriander powder(1/2 teaspoon)turmeric powder(1/4 teaspoon)red chilli powder(1/2 teaspoon) - 4
After 15 to 20 seconds, add tomato puree, salt, red chili powder, cardamom powder and cook for 2 to 3 minutes
- / 2 tomato puree(1 cup)cardamom powder(1/2 teaspoon)coriander powder(1/2 teaspoon)turmeric powder(1/4 teaspoon)red chilli powder(1/2 teaspoon)salt - as per taste - 5
Add milk or cream to it after 2 to 3 minutes

After 1 minute add paneer, kasoori methi and cook it for 3 to 4 minutes
paneer - chopped(1 cup)kasuri methi(1 tablespoon) - 7
Garnish with green coriander and serve
coriander powder(1/2 teaspoon) - 8
Serve the paneer with honey along with spinach raita and phulka for dinner
