You can clean the fish fillets

In a blender, blend coriander leaves, onions, mint leaves, green chillies, garlic cloves & gram flour together with a little water to make a thick paste
red chilli powder(1 tablespoon)coriander (dhania) leaves - chopped(2 tablespoon)-/2 tablespoons mint leaves (pudina) - chopped(1)green chilli(2)cloves garlic(3)onion(1/2)gram flour (besan)(1 teaspoon) - 4
Now take all the fish pieces in a wide mixing bowl

Add the ground masala paste, yogurt, lemon juice, salt, garam masala powder, turmeric powder, red chilli powder and mix everything well
turmeric powder (haldi)(1/2 tablespoon)teaspoons garam masala powder(2)red chilli powder(1 tablespoon)teaspoons lemon juice(2)green chilli(2)salt - to taste - 6
Make sure that fish pieces are coated properly with this mixture

Let it marinate for 10 minutes

Once the fish is marinated, heat up some mustard oil on a shallow frying pan and place the marinated fish on it along with the masala
