To begin making the Chinese Chicken Sweet Corn Soup recipe, heat a sauce pan with 2 cups of water, chicken breast, cloves, ginger and coriander and leave it boil

Skim out the foam on top and drain the stock into another sauce pan keep it on low flame

Take out the boiled chicken and start shredding them
