To prepare Asian Style paper chicken recipe, in a large mixing bowl combine the chicken with soya sauce, salt, pepper, chilli sauce, five spice powder, spring onion, ginger, garlic
boneless chicken - minced(1/2 kg)onion(1)dry red chilli - chopped(adjust)(2)soy sauce(1/2 tablespoon)salt - as neededwhite pepper powder(1 teaspoon)red chilli sauce(1/2 tablespoon)chinese 5 spice powder(2 teaspoon)spring onion (bulb & greens)(4)teaspoons ginger - chopped(2)garlic - chopped(2 teaspoon) - 2
Keep the bowl in refrigerator for 1-2 hours

Take a wax paper or baking paper, cut them into squares

Spoon in the marinated chicken mixture in to the baking paper and make small parcels like candy

Heat oil in a deep frying pan

When the oil is hot enough, reduce the flame to medium and deep fry the paper chicken packets for 7-10 minutes or till the chicken within gets cooked
