To begin making Chicken Masala Fry Recipe, in a pressure cooker, add the boneless chicken pieces along with salt, red chilli powder, curd and garlic paste
boneless chicken - chopped to chunks(500 grams)salt(1/2 tablespoon)red chilli powder(2 tablespoon)garlic - ground to paste(3 tablespoon)curd (dahi / yogurt)(2 tablespoon) - 2
Add 1 to 2 cups water, mix well and pressure cook till tender, for 10 minutes or 2 whistles

Switch off the heat, allow the steam to release naturally and once the steam is released, take out the chicken and keep aside
boneless chicken - chopped to chunks(500 grams) - 4
Heat about half a cup of oil in a deep frying pan, and add the cooked chicken mixture to this, once the oil is hot

Keep stirring for about 5 to 10 minutes till all the water has evaporated and the chicken has absorbed the flavour of masalas added

Take them out, garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot
