Chatpatti Makai Masala Recipe

To make the spicy maize masala recipe, first put sweet corn in a pressure cooker with water and salt
sweet corn(200 grams)make tomatoes - puree(3)garam masala powder(1/2 teaspoon)salt - as per taste - 2
Cook till 2 cities come and turn off the gas

Let the pressure drain automatically

Open the cooker and keep the corn aside

Now heat oil in a pan
oil(4 tablespoon) - 6
Add cumin, ginger, asafoetida, groundnut powder and cook for 1 minute
inch ginger - peel and tighten(1)cumin seeds(1 teaspoon)asafoetida(1/4 teaspoon)turmeric powder(1/2 teaspoon)red chili powder(1 teaspoon)garam masala powder(1/2 teaspoon) - 7
Now add tomato puree, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, garam masala, green chilli and cook till it boils
make tomatoes - puree(3)turmeric powder(1/2 teaspoon)red chili powder(1 teaspoon)garam masala powder(1/2 teaspoon)-4 green chillies - finely chopped(3)oil(4 tablespoon) - 8
After the boiling comes add corn
sweet corn(200 grams)oil(4 tablespoon) - 9
Add salt as per taste and let it cook for 3 to 4 minutes
salt - as per taste - 10
Cover the pan and cook for another 5 minutes

Turn off the gas and garnish with green coriander
-4 green chillies - finely chopped(3)sprig coriander - chopped(4) - 12
Serve the spicy Corn Masala Recipe with Phulka and Tomato Onion Tadka Raita for dinner
