    To make the spicy maize masala recipe, first put sweet corn in a pressure cooker with water and salt

    sweet corn(200 grams)make tomatoes - puree(3)garam masala powder(1/2 teaspoon)salt - as per taste

    Open the cooker and keep the corn aside

    Now heat oil in a pan

    Add cumin, ginger, asafoetida, groundnut powder and cook for 1 minute

    After the boiling comes add corn

    Add salt as per taste and let it cook for 3 to 4 minutes

    Turn off the gas and garnish with green coriander
