    To make Brahmi chutney, first clean and wash the Brahmi leaves

    brahmi leaves(1 cup)

    Now heat coconut oil in a pan

    coconut - tightly tamarind - a little(1/2 cup)teaspoons coconut oil(2)

    Now add urad dal, dry red chillies, curry leaves and asafoetida

    brahmi leaves(1 cup)

    Cook until lentils turn golden

    Turn off the gas and let it cool down

    Now pour this mixture into the mixer grinder

    Add salt, tamarind, coconut and Brahmi leaves, add some water and grind it
