    To begin making the Arbi Tomato Onion Sabzi Recipe, wash and soak in salted water for 10 to 15 minutes

    Add whole red chilies, asafoetida, ginger and garlic paste and sauté it for 1 min

    Add chopped tomatoes and green chilies

    Mix well and cook it for 3-4 minutes

    Cover it with the lid and cook it for 8-10 minutes
