We begin making the Udupi Style Alsande Kayi Saaru Recipe (Long Beans Gravy Recipe) by pressure cooking the long beans in a pressure cooker with 1/2 cup water for about 1 whistle

In the meantime, dry roast the ingredients to be ground

Add the powdered masala, tamarind and salt to taste

Then add the dry red chilli also
dry red chilli(4)dry red chilli(1) - 9
Once aroma is released pour it over the curry and serve
sprig curry leaves(1) - 10
