To make tomato garlic chutney, firstly cut the tomatoes and peel the garlic
tomatoes - finely chopped(300 grams)cloves garlic(6) - 2
Now heat oil in a pan
oil - 3
Add mustard seeds and let it cook for 10 seconds
mustard(1 teaspoon) - 4
Now add garlic and cook for 1 minute
cloves garlic(6) - 5
After 1 minute add tomatoes and cook till they become soft
tomatoes - finely chopped(300 grams) - 6
After the tomatoes are soft, add red chili powder and salt
tomatoes - finely chopped(300 grams)red chili powder - according to taste(1 teaspoon)salt - according to taste - 7
Mix and let it cook for 1 minute

Turn off the gas, let it cool down a bit and then put it in the mixer grinder

Grind it well and take out in a bowl

Serve tomato garlic chutney with tawa paratha, besan paratha or gram flour chile
