    To make tomato garlic chutney, firstly cut the tomatoes and peel the garlic

    Now heat oil in a pan

    Add mustard seeds and let it cook for 10 seconds

    Now add garlic and cook for 1 minute

    After the tomatoes are soft, add red chili powder and salt
