    To make Tofu Fried Rice, first wash the rice and soak it in water and keep it aside for 15 minutes

    Now put the rice in a saucepan with bay leaves and salt and cook till half cooked

    Take out the water, add cinnamon powder and keep it aside

    Now heat oil in a pan

    Add tofu to it and cook till it turns brown on both sides

    Remove from the pan and keep aside

    Add some more oil to the same pan

    After the oil is hot, add garlic to it and let it cook for 30 seconds

    Now add green onions and onions

    Cook onion until it becomes soft

    After softening, add ginger garlic paste and mix

    After 1 minute add capsicum, carrot and mushrooms
