To make maize and tomato puree, first prepare sari ingredients

Now heat butter and oil in a pan

Add cumin seeds and let it cook for 10 seconds

After 10 seconds, add chopped onion and cook till it becomes soft

After it gets soft, add tomatoes and green chilies

Cook it till the tomatoes become soft

Now add turmeric powder, coriander powder, garam masala powder and cook for 3 to 5 minutes

After this, add boiled maize and add salt as per taste

Add some water and let it cook for 1 minute

Now add green coriander, mix and let it cook for 2 minutes

Turn off the gas, add lemon juice, mix and serve hot

Serve maize and tomato bharta with dal fry, kachumbar salad and tawa paratha to say the day
