Sweet Potato & Peas Cutlet Recipe

To prepare Sweet Potato & Peas Cutlet Recipe, take a bowl and mix mashed peas and cooked sweet potato
sweet potato - boiled or roasted and mashed(3)green peas (matar) - boiled and mashed(1/2 cup) - 2
Add ginger garlic paste, green chillies, and fresh coriander, mix well
green peas (matar) - boiled and mashed(1/2 cup)ginger garlic paste(1 tablespoon)green chillies - finely chopped(2)coriander (dhania) leaves - fewred chilli powder(1 tablespoon) - 3
Add all the dry ingredients, chaat masala, salt, chilli powder, roasted cumin powder, dry mango powder, garam masala
sweet potato - boiled or roasted and mashed(3)chaat masala powder(1 tablespoon)red chilli powder(1 tablespoon)salt - to tasteamchur (dry mango powder)(1/2 tablespoon)cumin powder (jeera)(1 tablespoon)garam masala powder(1/4 tablespoon) - 4
Add lime juice and mix everything well
lemon juice(1 tablespoon) - 5
Also, mix corn flour and water in a small bowl
corn flour(2 tablespoon)water(1/4 cup) - 6
Shape the mixture into medium size patties

Dip the patty in corn flour mixture and roll into the breadcrumbs, making sure that the bread crumbs cover the cutlet well
corn flour(2 tablespoon)whole wheat bread crumbs(1 cup) - 8
Repeat for a batch of 3-4 patties at a time

Heat oil in a pan and shallow fry them on both sides on low heat until golden brown
sunflower oil - to shallow fry - 10
Serve Sweet Potato & Peas Cutlet Recipe hot with dhaniya pudina chutney and dates and tamarind chutney or roasted tomato sauce
