Spinach And Corn Pasta Salad In Jar Recipe

To begin with the Spinach and corn pasta salad in jar recipe first, bring 2 cups of water to and let it boil and add a pinch of salt , pasta and cook for 7-8 minutes
penne pasta(1 cup)sweet corn - boiled(1/2 cup)spinach - chopped(1/2 cup)salt - to taste - 2
Drain the pasta in a colander and pour a cup of cold water over it to stop the cooking, set aside

Heat a heavy bottom pan with 1 cup of water and bring it to boil

Now add the washed and chopped spinach and immediately switch off
spinach - chopped(1/2 cup)cloves garlic - finely chopped(4) - 5
Drain the excess water from the spinach and set it aside

For the pasta sauce, coarsely grind the blanched tomatoes, red chilli, bell pepper and garlic
penne pasta(1 cup)yellow bell pepper (capsicum)(1/2)red bell pepper (capsicum)(1/2)blanched tomatoes(4)green bell pepper (capsicum) - deseeded(1/4)cloves garlic - finely chopped(4)dry red chilli(1) - 7
Heat a heavy bottomed pan with olive oil and add the ground mixture
teaspoons extra virgin olive oil(2) - 8
Add salt ,vinegar and cook covered over low flame for approximately for 7-8 minutes or till the time the oil separates
vinegar(1 teaspoon)salt - to taste - 9
Sprinkle the fresh/dry herbs and switch off
mixed herbs (dried) - dry or fresh(1/2 teaspoon) - 10
Take a clean, dry, odour free jar and start layering the salad

Start by adding 1 tablespoon of the tomato dressing

Followed by chopped yellow bell pepper, penne pasta, spinach, sweet corn, red bell peppers
