To begin making the Spicy & Masaledar Aloo Gobi & Beans Tawa Sabzi Recipe, heat a kadai with oil over medium heat
green beans (french beans) - cut into inch pieces(1 cup) - 2
Add ginger and garlic, allow it to soften
inch ginger - chopped(1)cloves garlic - chopped(4) - 3
Once done add chopped onions and cook till they turn translucent
tomatoes - finely chopped(2)inch ginger - chopped(1)cloves garlic - chopped(4)sprig coriander (dhania) leaves - chopped(3) - 4
Add chopped tomatoes and sprinkle with little salt and cook until the tomatoes become mushy and soft
tomatoes - finely chopped(2)inch ginger - chopped(1)cloves garlic - chopped(4)salt - to tastesprig coriander (dhania) leaves - chopped(3) - 5
Once the tomatoes soften, add all the spice powders and saute well
tomatoes - finely chopped(2)red chilli powder(1 teaspoon)turmeric powder (haldi)(1/4 teaspoon)teaspoons coriander powder (dhania)(2)cumin powder (jeera)(1 teaspoon)garam masala powder(1 teaspoon) - 6
Stir in the potatoes, cauliflower and green beans along with salt to taste
potatoes (aloo) - peeled and diced(2)cauliflower (gobi) - cut into florets(1)green beans (french beans) - cut into inch pieces(1 cup)green chilli - slit(1)salt - to taste - 7
Sprinkle 1/4 cup of water and cook until the vegetables are cooked through

Cook until the Aloo Gobi & Beans Tawa Sabzi becomes semi dry

Once done, turn off the heat and stir in the chopped coriander leaves and mix well
