    To make Tadka Raita, firstly take yogurt in a big bowl

    cumin seeds - make a powder(1/2 teaspoon)

    Add some water and salt and beat it well

    water - as per usesalt - according to taste

    Keep it aside

    Now heat oil in a tempering pan

    oil(1 teaspoon)

    Add cumin seeds, green chilies and red chili powder

    cumin seeds - make a powder(1/2 teaspoon)red chilli powder(1 teaspoon)cumin seeds(1 teaspoon)green chili - finely chopped(1)

    After 10 seconds, add onions and cook till they become soft

    onion - finely chopped(1)

    After it becomes soft, add the tempering to the curd and mix it

    curd(1 cup)

    Add green coriander over it and serve

    coriander leaves - a littlegreen chili - finely chopped(1)

    Serve Tadka Raita with Garlic Dal, Sew Tomato Vegetable and Phulka for a day's dinner
