    To prepare Spicy Cabbage Rice recipe, firstly heat oil in a kadai

    cooked rice(2 cups)cabbage (patta gobi/ muttaikose) - shredded(1 cup)

    Add cumin seeds, green chillies and let it cook for 15 seconds

    Next, add in the sliced onions and cook till they become soft and translucent

    Add in the shredded cabbage, salt and turmeric powder

    Cook till the cabbage becomes soft

    Once it is done, add in the cooked rice, red chilli powder and the sambar powder
