    To make Sheswan Poha, first wash the poha thoroughly

    With the help of a sieve, drain the water

    Heat the oil in a pan

  4. 4

    Add the garlic and cook till it becomes light golden

  5. 5

    Now add onion and cook till the onion becomes soft

  6. 6

    After the onion becomes soft, add beans, carrots and let it cook for 3 minutes

    Now add all three capsicum to it and cook for 1 to 2 minutes

    Add the Szewan sauce, black pepper and cook for 1 minute

  9. 9

    After 1 minute add poha, salt and let it cook for 5 minutes

    After 5 minutes, turn off the gas and garnish with the capsicum

    Serve Szewan Poha with Garam Masala Tea for breakfast
