    To make saoji egg curry recipe, first boil the eggs in water for 10 to 15 minutes

    Now add dry coconut, guntur red chilli, Kashmiri dry chilli, poppy seeds, cumin, fennel, royal cumin, coriander seeds, cinnamon, cardamom, long, cupcorn bud, mace, and roast for 3 to 4 minutes in a pan

    After it cools down, put it in a mixer grinder and grind it
