    In a mixing bowl, marinate the chicken with all the spices mentioned- red chilli powder, haldi, garam masala, rice flour, semolina and salt

    Mix well to coat the chicken properly and allow it to rest for about 30 minutes under refrigeration

    Once the marination is done, heat oil in a shallow frying pan

    Once the oil is hot on medium heat, place the marinated chicken in the pan
