To begin making the Guava Raita Recipe, chop the ripe guava into small pieces and add it into a bowl filled with curd
guava(1)curd (dahi / yogurt)(2 cups) - 2
Sprinkle little salt and mix well
salt - a pinch - 3
Heat a tempering pan with oil, add mustard seeds and urad dal and allow it sizzle
mustard seeds(1 teaspoon)white urad dal (split)(1 teaspoon) - 4
Add curry leaves and dry red chillies and leave it to crackle
sprig curry leaves(1)dry red chilli(1) - 5
Sprinkle hing and pour it on top of the raita and serve

Serve the Guava Raita Recipe along with Cabbage Paneer Parathas Recipe ,Gobi Biryani (Spiced Cauliflower Rice) to complete your meal
