    For the Bajji BatterIn a mixing bowl combine all the ingredients of bajji batter which includes gram flour, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, asafoetida, and salt

    Mix in just enough water to form a thick batter to thickly coat back of a spoon

    Heat oil in a kadai for deep frying the raw banana bajji on medium heat
