To prepare Rajasthani Kachri ki Chutney Recipe (Wild Cucumber Chutney), peel and cut wild cucumber; make sure you taste them before adding with other ingredients as sometime they are bitter in taste

Take a mixer grinder Jar, add wild cucumber, garlic cloves, dry red chillies, cumin, salt and curd
cloves garlic(12)dry red chillies(4)cumin seeds (jeera) - (divided)(1 tablespoon)salt - to tastetablespoons curd (dahi / yogurt)(3) - 3
Grind it to a fine paste

You can add more curd if you find paste too thick

Heat ghee in a small pan, add cumin seeds, let them splutter
cumin seeds (jeera) - (divided)(1 tablespoon)ghee(1 teaspoon) - 6
Add chutney mixture, let it cook for 3-4 minutes on medium flame
