    To make Rajasthani ghasela, first heat oil in a pan

    Add cumin and asafoetida to it

    cumin seeds(1 teaspoon)asafoetida(1/2 teaspoon)

    After 10 seconds, add green chilies and onions

    onion - finely chopped(1)green chillies - finely chopped(2)green onions - littlegreen coriander - little

    Let the onion cook till it becomes soft

    Meanwhile, add gram flour and water in a bowl

    - / 2 gram flour(1 cup)

    Mix well and then add red chili powder, turmeric powder and salt

    Mix them all and add chopped green onions

    Put this mixture in the pan and keep stirring

    Stir it for 20 minutes until the gram flour is cooked well

    After cooking, garnish with green coriander and serve hot
