    To make Gawarfli dry vegetable, first heat oil in a pan

    Add cumin seeds and let it cook for 10 seconds

    cumin seeds(1/2 teaspoon)cumin powder(1/2 teaspoon)

    Now add garlic and cook for 1 minute

    garlic - tightly(1/2 teaspoon)

    After 1 minute add onion and cook till the onion becomes soft

    onion - finely chopped(1)

    Now add Gwarfali and 1/2 cup of water

    - / 2 gwar pods - cut into small pieces(1 cup)

    After half cooking, add coriander powder, red chili powder, cumin powder and salt

    cumin seeds(1/2 teaspoon)turmeric powder(1/2 teaspoon)coriander powder(1 teaspoon)cumin powder(1/2 teaspoon)red chili powder(1 teaspoon)salt - as per use

    Mix and cook until the Gwarfali is cooked well
