    To make Aloo Bonda, prepare all the ingredients first

    Heat the oil in a pan

    Add mustard seeds, cumin seeds and let it splutter

    After tempering, add green peas and mix it

    After 1 minute add mashed potatoes, some water and salt

    Cook on a medium flame for 2 minutes

    After this, add turmeric powder, red chili powder, asafoetida, sambar powder and coriander powder

    Mix and let it cook

    Keep mashing and cooking till the water runs out

    It will take 4 to 5 minutes

    After it cools down, make round balls and keep it aside

    To make batter, add corn flour, gram flour, red chili powder, garam masala powder, asafoetida, cooking soda, salt and some water to a batter
