    To begin with Pizza Margherita, firstly warm 1/2 cup of water and pour it in alarge bowl

    Cover with a cling wrap and keep it in a warm place for 1-1/2 to 2 hours

    After proofing, the dough will become double in size

    Gently punch the dough and if the dough is sticky, you can grease it or dust it

    Pre-heat the oven at 220 degrees

    Divide the dough into two equal parts or depending upon the size of pizza you prefer to make
