Perfect Gooey Mozzarella Garlic Bread Recipe
A vegetarian Fusion recipe with pav buns, to 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil, tablespoons salted butter - softened. Ready in 20 min, serves 4.

To begin making the Perfect Gooey Mozzarella Garlic Bread, preheat the oven to 200 degrees C
tablespoons garlic - finely chopped(2)mozzarella cheese - shredded(1 cup) - 2
Stir together the butter, oil, garlic and parsley in a small bowl
tablespoons salted butter - softened(2)tablespoons garlic - finely chopped(2)parsley leaves - finely chopped(1 tablespoon) - 3
Cut the buns into half horizontally and place the top side of the bun facing down on a baking tray
pav buns(4) - 4
Using a pastry brush, butter them with the garlic mixture
tablespoons salted butter - softened(2)tablespoons garlic - finely chopped(2) - 5
Top each pav with generous amount of cheese and a sprinkle of black pepper and Italian seasoning
black pepper powder - as requiredmozzarella cheese - shredded(1 cup)mixed herbs (dried) - for seasoning - 6
Bake at 200 degree C for 5 to 6 minutes until bubbly with some golden spots - note to check them often
